sign this petition to end the torture of enemy combatants and uphold the tenants of the Geneva Convention instated after WW2 to prevent human rights abuses. U.S troops were water-boarded by the Japanese during WW2. We beheaded the torturers. End the cycle of horror by speaking your voice. The internet is a soapbox, stand up and say your peace, for peace.
