Haskins seems like a talented photographer but his page IS difficult to navigate through. I think this is because he uses bulleted tables to lay out each page and each of his bullets is text-driven, not image-driven. This means that when I navigate from page to page I have to read each bullet to decipher where i wanna go next. This means that I become quickly bogged down with reading and lose interests, whereby i become lost in the page. The text-driven bullets cause "surf-friction" meaning that as a web user surfs the page, having to read all the different tables causes drag on the surfing process, causing the web user to resist the page's content, in this case, Haskin's awesome photos. So, too many tables, too much to read, not enough of the photos I came to the site to see in the first place. ^^
