Elektra recommended http://www.maccosemetics.com for lots of info and activity that is easily accessible. Flashy black background, columnar information, artist videos, easy purchasing. Grey font perhaps hard to see. I started checking out local businesses, both using horizontal nav bars: http://www.clairesvt.com and http://www.perennialpleasures.net . The latter is text heavy and could use more imagery since the place is beautiful. Nothing gut wrenchingly great, but fairly easy access.
