Saw the work of two Japanese paper artists recently. Kako Ueda does incredibly ornate and complicated and delicate works out of cut paper, and has a equally elaborate website--

Ken, The paper cut out work of Ueda is amazing. The site is a little crazy, but perhaps it fits.
